Jubilant FoodWorks experienced an impressive surge of nearly 9% in its share price, reaching a high of Rs 622.95 on the NSE, fueled by robust Q2 earnings that showcased a remarkable 190% year-on-year increase in profit after tax (PAT). Below are some key highlights from their financial performance:

Profit After Tax (PAT):
– Q2 PAT rose to Rs 186 crore, compared to Rs 64 crore in the same quarter last year.
– On a sequential basis, PAT increased by 103% from Rs 92 crore in Q1 FY26.

Revenue Growth:
– Total revenue from operations for the quarter stood at Rs 2,340.15 crore, marking a 20% rise from Rs 1,955 crore in Q2 FY25.
– The quarter-to-quarter revenue showed a 3.5% growth compared to Rs 2,261 crore in Q1 FY26.

Operational Performance:
– EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation) rose 20% to Rs 476 crore, up from Rs 399 crore year-on-year.
– Operating margins expanded slightly, increasing by 10 basis points to 20.4%.

Store Expansion:
– The group system sales hit Rs 2,746 crore, with Jubilant FoodWorks adding 93 stores, bringing the total to 3,480.
– Specifically, Domino’s accounted for 3,179 stores, with a net addition of 81 stores during the quarter.

Performance in the Indian Market

– The India segment continues to show strong growth, recording revenue of Rs 1,699 crore, a 16% increase year-on-year.
– The addition of 88 stores in this segment reflects ongoing expansion efforts.
– Domino’s revenue in India grew by 15.5%, with order volumes increasing by 15%.
