'We're begging' – Savannah Guthrie pleads for help as details of her mother’s case emerge

Savannah Guthrie spoke on NBC's Today show on 23 June about a note sent to the media in February regarding her missing mother, Nancy Guthrie, which claimed she had died. The longtime television presenter again begged people with information to come forward: "Somebody knows something," she said. "We are in agony." The note was one of two addressed to Guthrie's family and sent to news media in the days after her January kidnapping.
